How to post my property with SpainPropertyNet? Posting a property listing is completely free, and there is no charge when you sell your property. If you are using SpainPropertyNet for the first time, you have to register to create a User Account. Click “Sign-Up” (top right side on the home page) and fill in the given registration form, using your business email address and other required details. After you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email with your login details (username and password). Login (Sign-In) with these details to activate your user account. To add your property listing, click “Submit Property” (green button), located top right side of the page and follow the instructions given.

:: What type of photos & video can I use for my properties ?
Photos
When posting your property listing, you can upload upto 28 photos, with a size no less than 800 px (wide) x 600 px (high), and the file format can be jpg, jpeg or png. If your photos are too large, you may have to reduce them, using a free online image resizing and optimizing tool. Uploading your photos can take some time, depending on their size and the speed of your Internet access. We recommend uploading photos one by one, instead of uploading more photos at once. After you have uploaded your photos, you can rearrange them – using the green arrows, located next to each photo.
Video
We are offering the possibility to upload one video (YouTube) of your property, using your YouTube Video ID number. Just paste the YouTube ID number into the field provided.
Business Logo
For your business logo, you can upload a jpg or png image of 150 x 150 px.
:: Manage My Property Listings
You can manage your property listings (add, edit, change or delete photos or video, change description, update price, renew,etc.) by logging into your user account (Sign-In), using your Username and Password.After you have signed in, you will have to click on “My Dashboard” which is located top right side on the page, as shown on this screenshot.Within your dashboard, you will see a description of your business with contact details, a link named “My User Account” and on the lower part you will see two tabs “My Listed Properties” and “My Favourite Properties”.
:: My User Account
Click “My User Account” link from your Dashboard and a new page will open with your User Account details. Within your User Account you can do the following:
* Edit or add details of your business (profile)
* Change your Password
* Go back to your Dashboard
* Logout
:: My Listed Properties
To edit your property click “Edit”. A new page will open with all your property details. Edit your description, update the price, upload photos or change their order, etc. After you have completed and have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, click “Review Your Listing” button. A new page will open.
If you wish to update your property click “Update Now” otherwise click “Go back and Edit” or “Cancel”.
:: My Favourite Properties
This tab within the Dashboard will show your saved favourite properties. This feature is mainly used by visitors of SpainPropertyNet.
