CostaDelSolNet is a property portal providing details of properties from the Costa del Sol – coastal and inland area, listed for sale, rent and permanent exchange (swap) by Estate Agents, Developers and Property Owners.
Why is my property still showing online if it has been sold or rented?
This could be the case if your Estate Agent has not updated your property on CostaDelSolNet. Please contact your Agent and ask to update or remove your property listing.
Can I preview my listing before is published?
You will be given the opportunity to preview and edit your listing before is showing online. All property listings are subject to approval before publication. Logout and wait until your listing has been approved by our Team, normally within 24 hours.
My property is listed on your website by an Agent, but some details are incorrect.
Please contact your Estate Agent to correct any errors of your property listing.
How much does it cost to list my properties with CostaDelSolNet?
Up to 10 properties are completely free of charge and with no commission to be paid.
What are Premium Services?
Our Premium Services are additional and optional advertising services to improve the visibility of your property listing. A Premium Listing will appear in prominent sections of this website. Do I need to create an account to list my properties?
Yes, creating an account is free and provides you with a dashboard to manage all your property listings.
Is it possible that CostaDelSolNet value my property?
CostaDelSolNet is not doing valuation of property. We only advertise properties on behalf of Estate Agents, Builders and Property Owners. Please contact any of our Estate Agents on our website, that can assist you with property valuation.
Do my property listings automatically renew?
No, after your property has been expired it automatically will be set in ‘draft’ mode and can be renewed at any time.
How do I edit or delete a listing from my user account?
Log into your user account and in your dashboard click on ‘My Properties’ and select the property you wish to edit or delete.
I have added a listing, but it has not shown online after I have submitted it
After you have posted your listing, please allow up to 24 hours for us to approve your listing. This is a necessary step we need to take, to keep our website clean and free of offensive spam. Once approved, there is a simple way to find your listing: using your ID number, making a search or by using the link from your email, you have received, after you have submitted your listing.
I cannot find my City /Town on the Select Location field. What to do?
If your location is not listed in the search field, please email us and we will add it to our database.
How to find my property listing, once posted?
After you have posted your listing on CostaDelSolNet, please allow up to 24 hours for the administrator to approve your listing. To find a property listing, using the listing ID (listing identification number), go to the home page and at the form field (search area), you will see ‘Search by ID’. Type in your listing ID number, click search and all details of this property will be shown. Another way to find your listing is to use the main search field, enter the location and the category that you chose while posting your listing, and click the ‘Search’ button.
